Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Skillmarked (skillmarked.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: support@skillmarked.com.

What Skillmarked is

Skillmarked provides practice questions, study guides and timed practice exams for certification exams. It is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Anthropic or any other exam provider. Exam names and codes are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe which exam the material helps you prepare for.

All questions are original and written from the public exam outlines and official documentation. They are not real exam questions, and practising on Skillmarked doesn't guarantee that you'll pass an exam.

Your account

You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. An account is for one person. Keep access to your email or Google account secure, since that's how you sign in.

Free and Pro

The study guides and the first domain of each exam are free. Skillmarked Pro unlocks every question and the full practice exams for €19.90 per month or €199 per year, including VAT.

• Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time under Account → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT and receipts.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

Refunds. If you're a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Email us and we'll refund you in full.

Fair use

Skillmarked is for your personal study. Please don't:

• copy, share, resell or publish our questions, explanations or study guides;
• share your account, or scrape or bulk-download content;
• post or ask for real exam content, which breaks the exam providers' agreements.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The questions, explanations, study guides and design of Skillmarked belong to us. We work hard to keep them accurate and up to date, but they may contain mistakes. If you spot one, use the report link on the question.

Liability

Skillmarked is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Ending your account

You can stop using Skillmarked at any time and ask us to delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Changes and law

If we make important changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell signed-in users. Swedish law applies to these terms, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
